Hyderabad, May 2024: Millet Marvels – a social cause initiative ‘START UP’ in ‘CHANGING THE WAY INDIA EATS’, is foraying into Millet Chats and unveiling India’s maiden MILLET EXPERIENCE HUB at Don Bosco Nagar, Hyderabad. The Hub will offer country’s first of its kind millet chat developed in association with IIMR and NUTRIHUB, the Global Centres on excellence in Millets. Millet Marvels has earned the esteemed title of being India’s foremost Millet Kitchen by consistently receiving the prestigious POSHAK ANAAJ AWARD from the Government of India, for the past three years in a row.
The newly launched Millet Experience Hub, with its environmentally friendly elegant design, furnished with a seesham wood theme and inviting atmosphere, sprawls across a generous 2000 square feet, providing guests with plenty of room to unwind and savour their experience. This garden café can comfortably accommodate up to fifty guests at once.
Millet, an ancient staple diet dating back 5000 years, stands out as a superfood capable of replacing white rice and wheat. Millet chat is a novel culinary concept that combines the traditional Indian street food experience with the nutritional benefits of millets. It features a variety of chat items such as pani puri, bhel puri, sev puri, and more, all crafted using millet-based ingredients. The flavour and taste remain authentic and consistent with traditional chat, but enhanced by the use of healthy Himalayan pink salt, without the unhealthy maida. Millet Marvel offers a holistic millet experience, featuring a diverse array of dishes including South Indian, North Indian, and Continental millet recipes, alongside delectable options such as millet cookies, sandwiches, muffins, and natural juices.

It is also the sole restaurant chain in India that upholds a ‘NO WHITES’ policy, abstaining from ingredients such as Maida, white sugar, white rice, and white salt in its culinary practices. Millet Marvels will launch its distinctive millet chats across all its seven outlets beginning with the Hyderabad Airport outlet, within the next one month.
